New Years Readings

I thought it was appropriate that with this New Year coming up in a few days to let you know about two special readings that I do. Both of them were created around this time ironically enough!

The first I call the Circle Year Reading. This reading looks at your next year month by month. It brings to light the various themes that will occur month by month, quarterly as well as patterns that can occur in a year. Animal guides and other energies – like the Ascended Masters or Angels – are touched upon with the how and why. Major events and shifts are noted in the month they occur, as well as important meetings and decisions. This card reading is very detailed and layered. It always begins with the twelve months, and builds out from there.

It is highly recommended that you take notes or bring a recording device.

The Twin Flame reading brings into awareness the process that you are undergoing to prepare to meet your twin flame, and the length of time. Instructions on how to speed the process, what to expect in that process and the best way to allow the process to unfold often occur. There are often time frames given for each part of the process, suggestions to help the process flow smoothly, and shifts or things to expect.

It is highly recommended that you take notes or bring a recording device.

Sunstone – The Lovers Heart (Solstice Stone)


This stone is one of masculine light. It shows and helps develop the strength and ability to let ones light shine brightly without worrying about others. This stone feels almost harsh when placed beside it’s oft thought of counterpart moonstone. And indeed they are partners in a lot of ways; however, it is not recommended that these stones are worked with together until one is fairly aware and knowledgeable in the masculine and feminine energies. Then we say to experience a full balance meditate with sunstone in the left hand and moonstone in the right hand. A powerful meditation.

This is a stone of inner strength and balance. As the feminine likes a flow this stone likes to help the masculine stay strong. For the user this stone will allow creativity, ideas, and ingenuity flow without losing direction, focus or interval guidance.

We call this stone the lovers’ heart because it represents it so perfectly in how this stone helps humanity in general. A lover’s heart is soft, forgiving, and full of excitement and acceptance. It fills us with a sense of peace, openness and adventure. A lover’s heart is also very strong, very bright, and knows what it wants. It may experience fears, but courage comes almost too easily to the lovers’ heart as does forgiveness it seems in many cases. All of these attributes sunstone helps to surface because those in love have always done great things. Those in love have bright fires that come alive. With or without a lover these states of being can come forth and sunstone will always help with that.

Sunstone also helps one know the timing of when to end begin something. This stone doesn’t like to hang out past the expiry date, nor does it like to begin too early. It likes, and will help all who work with him, to work in time with all the energies that surround you with a confident grace of inner knowing.

This is a wonderful stone that brings out your light. With its red-yellow phosphorescent color it resembles labordorite and moonstone, but instead of looking inside, it promotes you to shine your light – bring what’s inside of you into the world.

This is a stone commonly associated with leadership as this stone values freedom, empowerment, and individuality. Sunstone harmonizes the world, and helps create a sense of worthiness, increasing self-esteem and self-confidence along the way. It offers protection and draws wealth while bringing optimism in all aspects to the user.

Sunstone helps one to become emotionally capable to take care of oneself instead of depending on others, and will help one to learn to nurture both others and oneself. It empowers the user by removing co-dependency and the tendency to procrastinate.

It is believed to powerfully bring abundance, good fortune, prosperity and protection to the user. Sunstone is believed to reinvigorate one’s health and strength. It’s commonly used now a-days to alleviate depression, seasonal affective disorder, anxiety and stress. Sunstone energizes and empowers one’s spirit, and brightens the soul.

Sunstone is an excellent stone to use to banish fears, nightmares, phobias, inhibitions and feelings of unworthiness. It has also been used to remove any unwanted or lingering energies.

Sunstone is associated with the Sun God Helios in Ancient Greece, and used to be placed on drinking vessels in order to prevent poisoning. It is the stone of Ra, the Egyptian God of the Sun.

Sunstone has been used in the past by the Vikings to actually navigate by the position of the sun. True sunstone refracts light, which makes it possible to locate the sun in fog, cloudy days and storms. Sunstone has also been said to glow when contact is made with Spirit Guides, commonly being placed in the center of the medicine wheel by Native American Medicine Men.

This particular stone has been oft used in solstice celebrations and gatherings. I feel, this is not fact, simply what I feel from my channelling and research that if you celebrate Solstice it would be highly beneficial for you to place a piece of sunstone on your alter, and at some point take time to connect with the stone by sitting with it in meditation on the Solstice. All pieces of true sunstone (not aventurine or golden sunstone but true sunstone) contain within them a connection to the part of human consciousness that has been celebrating Solstice’s past, present and future. Meditation during the Solstice will automatically draw forth all of this knowledge, and it will be shared when used in ritual, bringing to the meditator exactly what they need to receive from the reserves of old wisdom.

Moldavite – The Green Healer

This stone is amazing and powerful and a must get for all who work deeply or intensely on themselves and others. This meteorite piece was sent very particularly and in a very planned way to help all beings on the planet. It would be of no surprise if all of humanity ended up working with a piece at some point or another.

This stone is especially meant for those on what the majority of humans would call ‘the healing journey’. On our terms it is the journey of rediscovering the self. This stone works not only with the energies that are most present in the moment but also with the future and the past. The muli-dimensional qualities of this stone allow it to gently, powerfully and intensely dig into the subconscious of the person its bonded to and help release whatever comes up.

This stone doesn’t play games.

Moldavite is a serious stone intended to get deep and dirty fast. The stone will bond with any human it chooses in two weeks to a months time. During that time expect to carry it close, have intriguing dreams and not want to part with it. It loves to work in the dream world.

One piece of lore before we go: Different shapes of the stone will cause it to be used for others in particular ways. Your piece of moldavite can be placed on or used on another person after its bonded to you and will only bond with that person when your work with it is done. Moldavite is happy to be used in healing sessions with others, and if it is shaped in a wing or the bottom of a broom, it can be used to “sweep” energy; if its curved it can be used to “scoop” energy. Sometimes you will sense its mischievous spunky faye energy too.

Moldavite is the only extraterrestrial gemstone believed to have arrived only once 15 million years ago in a meteorite shower. It is found mainly in the Moldau Valley in the Czech Republic, where there is said to be 275 tons of Moldavite on the planet, but the commercial mining of this gemstone, a variety of tektite, will be stopped within the next ten years because there will be no more left on the planet.

This stone seems to have always been a very precious stone for humanity. They’ve been worn as amulets for good fortune and fertility. They’ve been gifts for nobility, including Queen Elizabeth II and Pope John Paul II. There are legends that state the Holy Grail was made of moldavite, which was believed to have fallen from the sky out of the crown of Lucifer during the war between God and Satan.

Moldavite is considered a powerful growth crystal centered in the heart space. It is a stone commonly used for spiritual awakening, transformation, and entering into the cosmic consciousness. When working with moldavite it creates a protective energy field around you, and helps you to detach from anything unhealthy.

This stone works deeply in the dream and vision states of consciousness. Placing it on your third eye will create vivid dreams.

Moldavite can be used to illuminate the cause or source of a physical dis-ease or imbalance and then support the user through the healing process. This stone is known for its ability to rejuvenate the physical body by slowing down the ageing process, helping memory retention, and protecting against mental degeneration.

This stone tends to trigger memories and awakenings in people when they touch the ones they feel called to work with. It is usually intense, and will provide the wearer with memories of their past lives, most often of the Stars they’ve come from. It is said that moldavite calls all the Children of the Stars to work together and accelerate their growth.

It will help release anything that is holding the person back in any way, and can inspire creativity and passion. It allows the heart and the mind to come into union, and will bring up to the surface all that the user most needs to recognize, honour, integrate and release.

It is recommended when working with this stone to meditate with it daily, and wear it to have its maximum effect, however, also use other stones such as black tourmaline, smoky quartz,  hematite, and copper to keep you grounded. To complete the process that moldavite allows and assists in unfolding it is of supreme important that users and wearers of this stone stay grounded.

Important: Do not cleanse in salt water. The salt deteriorates moldavite.

Calcite – Lover of the Two Hearts

Optical Calcite

Calcite is a beautiful and lovely stone that has always worked with both of the human hearts. What we mean by this is that each one of you has a soul heart and a human heart. The human heart we speak of is both your physical and emotional heart for these two are so entwined with each other it is difficult to make a change in one and not the other. The soul heart we speak of consists of all the inner knowing, the intuition, the inner feelings of a purpose and mission, the drive to fulfil that purpose. That all comes from the souls heart and it is the souls heart that sees the big picture while the human heart that can get tied down, boxed in if you will.

Calcite loves both of these hearts seeing them as two sides of the same coin. He helps influence people’s thinking to a more neutral and open way reducing judgements on value or good or bad. He helps people to see the even rhythm of the world, the big picture, the steady beat that always pulses no matter what happens around us and that it is in our connection to this earth’s heartbeat that keeps us steady, grounded, centered.

Calcite brings together the human and souls hearts and helps them align with each other so there is no separation between their desires, wants and needs. This causes a great increase in awareness once the alignment happens. Before that calcite will help release all the things not serving the hears in a slow grounded way. To instil this process into your energetic being calcite must be worn for two weeks daily as much as possible, or the elixir drunk/used daily for one month.

Calcite is a wonderful stone for helping your being come into one.

Chakra: Clear calcite resonates with all the chakras, while all the coloured pieces resonate with the matching coloured chakra.

There are several varieties of calcite based on color including two clear varieties – one clear calcite and the other is optical calcite. Optical calcite is an interesting variety that is commonly used in magic tricks, and it is said that it creates a dual image when looking at something through the stone because it releases two rays of light. (cool eh?)

Calcite and Aragonite can sometimes be confused for each other since they can look very similar. They actually have different chemical structures though.

Metaphysical

Clear and white calcite are the most common varieties and are found all over the world. Calcite is said to provide clarity and help one to know when another is hiding something.

Calcite expands, increases, amplifies energy which makes it an excellent stone for doing any type of healing work, while reducing fear and stress. It is an excellent stone for clearing any stored energies in the body or energy system that no longer serve a helpful purpose and can clear all levels.

This stone will increase learning, creativity and imagination as well as prosperity. It helps increase intuition, and wisdom.

Calcite is a grounded and centered stone and imparts these qualities to the user or wearer.

While it is a strong healing stone it is gentle, and is said to be “The Stone of the Mind” as it tends to help release old patterns and belief system, and help during mental changes or life transitions.

Physical

Calcite is noted for helping to increase physical strength, back pain, detoxifying, emotional and mental conditions.

It can purify the energies of spaces as well as bodies, and to promote a peaceful atmosphere wherever it sits.

Important: Calcite does dissolve in water; I recommend another way to clear the stone. It is a soft stone that can easily chip or break.

Rhodochrosite – Seer of Love, Knower of Thyself

Rhodochrosite is an amazing stone that works with the heart. It is known for the ability to see how love will follow on a certain path but is more important as a stone for the love of self. This stone doesn’t care what anyone else thinks and gently brings the user into clearer awareness and action of self love.

Rhodocrosite is a beautiful and lovely stone that can carry the user on a journey into their heart. Use this stone to travel into the emotional body and reconcile messages, beliefs, and thoughts that no longer serve us. This stone will softly and gently show the wearer of all that one needs to know about oneself. The stone is not shy and encourages intimate friendship with all parts of oneself.

Don’t worry, this stone is so soft and gentle and loving that no matter where she takes you you will feel the soft hug of her loving presence. You are never alone with Rhodocrosite by your side – all parts of you will be friends, loves, connected and open.

Rhodochrosite is also known as Inca Rose, because of the belief the Inca have of the blood of their former rulers being turned into this stone.

The beautiful red-pink colour of Rhodocrosite attracts people from all walks of life. It is a stone that is heart-centered, with many saying it is the Stone of Love and Balance, and a healer of the Earth that shows love to the Mother of us all.

This is a stone that will open up a closed heart, and heal a heart that has been jaded by life and the past. Rhodochrosite will help calm down anxieties and promote deeper insight with love and compassion into any situation. The stone will help to align a persons thinking to a balance between thinking about others and themselves. It will awaken the interest of the user to responsibilities and duties regarding community and society. Responsibilities are not a burden, but something to with joy.

Self-confidence and self-love grows. Energy and passion increase as the stone works with the user to guide them in their personal healing journey, and to what they truly love to do, and be.

Using this stone will help the user to regain trust in the world and people that come into their lives. Rhodochrosite works on the psychological level to release past trauma, and will help increase concentration, a feeling of inner peace, and forgiveness for the user and others.

The stone brings forth the feeling that we are never alone and always loved and helps the user to learn how to love themselves instead of filling a void with food, other people, shopping, etc. This in turn teaches the user how to have healthy relationships with themselves and other. While it does this it helps bring out a positive and enthusiastic attitude – can be a positive influence on people experiencing depression.

It is said that Healers can use this stone to clear the auric field as well to increase love on all levels.

Physically Rhodocrosite focuses on the kidneys and reproductive organs. It is noted for its healing work in blood pressure, circulation, joint problems and migraines.

Rhodocrosite works with time, so allow a week’s time to pass with consistent usage before expecting to see a result. I saw results in about a week when I worked with my Rhodocrosite.

Soul Family Q&A Part 2

More questions have come up; here are the channelled responses. 🙂

Can you have more than one soul family in different parts of the globe? 

Yes you can. You may be “adopted” into another one at a given point if your soul and another soul is willing and able to bond deep enough to create the soul family connection. This usually takes a great deal of work in the relationship with a true commitment to each other. The soul being “adopted” will be accepted once that bond is complete with one or more soul in the ‘new’ family in a positive way that benefits all involved in the process and family. IF that will not happen the soul will not join that family and will be guided away from that family when the time is best for both parties. Just because you aren’t part of a soul family you desire at this time doesn’t mean you can’t play with them.

What are the benefits of finding your soul family? 

The benefits of finding your soul family are very similar to finding your home:

  • A place that is completely safe for you. People in your family feel and are so safe for you that you can fully relax into yourself and your Being. It is from this sense of safety and relaxation that a growth spurt like no other can happen on all levels of learning for many members at once.
  • Relaxation into your Being with support from all members of your family at the soul level. All souls are in the process of learning and growth. All family members will love you, desire to protect and love you as best they can in this moment. They will support you and your choices fully as long as it is helping you become your Truth.
  • Soul families help heal each other on all levels naturally and effortlessly. There is no mistake here – not everything in a soul family is peace and harmony, as we’ve said before. There will be explosions. There must be in this current human existence the two poles of polarity until these words are out of date. Soul families expediate the growth of each other on all levels because they are all working towards the same thing in different ways. combining their skills together will bring up a powerful force of collective thinking and power. Connecting together they will change what they desire to change. The connection of their hearts is much stronger than their mind.
  • Love. A soul family has so much love and forgiveness for each member it turns unconditional naturally as the members evolve. This love sustains and feeds the members and creates a strength of connection like no other.
  • Physically, people will notice less stress, anxiety, and depression in their lives once connected firmly with several soul family members. Thoughts brighten automatically as the world takes on a different hue. The world becomes less of a place to be feared and more a place to be loved.

~ Community Happens ~

Can members of one soul family be dispersed around different parts of the globe?

Yes, very easily it can be so. It’s all decided beforehand if they desire or if it best suits their needs to travel to each other, when and where to meet, how and so on. This is not to say that all things are set. What is set is that A will meet B. If A and B don’t meet at Y there is also Z, D, W, U, R, C, L, and all other paths that will lead to A meeting B for a specific purpose. Life is fluid, all about choices, nothing is set in stone like you say for it is all always changing flow. ~The Only Constant is Change ~

What contributes to the likelihood or unlikelihood of finding ones soul family in this lifetime?

Contributes to the likelihood:

  • Personal work and growth. This when done sincerely on all levels will naturally open your heart and let your light shine, which is one of the easiest and effective ways for finding your soul family.
  • Your ‘karma’. We use karma because it is a word common to most people though it is not exactly the correct term to use. Some people are born with a path that will be ‘easier’ to find soul family. For example, some people will be born directly in their soul family and others won’t be. What determines this are a numerous list of reasons that are neither here or there at this time in this conversation. This is what we term ‘karma’ in this instance. This would be things such as what the soul incarnating desires to learn or experience, a past experience determining what the soul does, what the ‘future’ appears to be, and so on.
  • Choices. Your choices will affect everything. The more responsibility you take that is healthy and makes sense the easier you will find your soul family in this lifetime.

Decreased likelihood:

  • A closed heart. You close your heart and hide behind your masks of fear and you make it more difficult to be seen at your essence. Your essence is your light and connects you to other members.

Things that won’t affect it:

  • Your childhood. How you grew up. It’s all choices, learning and growth. It’s all up to you where you go, act, speak, and think, as much as it may seem otherwise at times. Simply love yourself.
  • Your past, as far back as it goes. You are here, in the present. See choices.

How can one tell the difference between a person who is soul family and a person carrying a major karmic debt?

Ah, that is and can be a challenge. in this case it is time to let go of the mind, attachments and all else in the relationship. It is time to be honest with your feelings and clearly state what your question is and let your heart answer. This is a time of space when this question comes up for many people.

Some more concrete signs may come by asking the following questions of yourself:

  • How do I feel when I’m around so and so?
  • When I connect to their essence how safe do I feel with them? How relaxed?
  • Do they feel like home to me?
  • Does my heart open or close around them, with their essence?
  • Are we working towards a similar vision?
  • Do we have similar hopes, dreams, desires?

Remember that soul families can be small or large with many layers and extensions  in them. You may have a large family but only feel drawn to be close to a few. That’s okay. You may also feel drawn to be close to many. That’s okay. If your family is ‘small’ you may feel drawn to connect with more than one family. That’s okay.
