Lemurian Quartz

Lemurian Quartz pieces have been coming by my house as of late. Beautiful, powerful pieces that now sit on my altar. One of which is to become a priestess piece as soon as I pick up the headpiece for it.

Tonight I went to a gathering about crystals. There was a beautiful Lemurian Quartz sitting on the table, and we were asked to connect to a crystal. I took this large Lemurian Quartz, and felt deeply into it.

This is what I learned:

This quartz was placed by the Galactic Federation to be found at the appropriate time, as most Lemurians are. This particular Lemurian worked with harmony, especially with bringing the harmony to the lower three chakras. It worked with helping an individual ground, and with helping individuals find their life purpose. It gave three exercises one can do with it:

1) Point the Lemurian Quartz downwards and place on either the root or sacral chakras. The energy will flow down your legs into the Earth, and create a feedback loop, coming up the legs will be minerals and a grounded connection to the Earth as it harmonizes the chakra it is placed on.

2) Place on the heart chakra with the point up. This will allow the crystal to “suck” the energy up from the three bottom chakras to create harmony and flow through the heart to the throat where that energy will be used to balance and harmonize creativity and expression in the throat. It pushes the energy through the crown chakra and into the aura, again, with the intention of harmonization of the energy and auric field.

3) For life direction use: create the various options you are contemplating much how you would create a dowsing chart. In this case I found it easier to segment different parts of the room to represent various paths. Then point the crystal to each path while paying attention to how the crystal feels. For me, the crystal would heat up when point to a direction I was to follow.

I imagine some of these techniques, especially exercise three, could be used for various points to achieve similar results. I am quite curious about number three with another mineral because I never got to complete that exercise when I was reading the crystal – time was up!

Your Crystal Has a Voice! Can You Hear It?

All crystals and minerals have a voice.

Each one of them has a personality.

And they all have opinions.

Each of your minerals is unique, conscious, and working hard.

Every mineral has a mission just like each of us has a mission.

Sometimes, they come to play with us for a time before they head on out the door.

Other times, their mission aligns with ours they are a power crystal and with us for life.

Some of them have a lot to say.

And some of them nothing.

Nothing doesn’t mean they aren’t doing anything.

Those who say nothing share with us by sharing energy with us, the energetic imprints of their wisdom into our aura.

This is my job. I listen to the minerals and tell their Guardians or Keepers what they are saying when they are unable to hear them. Sometimes I meet minerals who have a lot to say and just need someone to listen to ensure they accomplish their mission. And sometimes I walk around and a mineral is like “hey, you, I need this!”. Other times they have nothing to say at all because they are happily playing and working away.

They are here to serve, just like the trees serve, the plants and animals are serving, and we are here to serve in some capacity.

You Can Hear Your Crystals

It’s easy to hear your crystals. It gets easier and easier as you practice the meditation below.

Pick a mineral or crystal you want to connect to. Get comfy somewhere you won’t be disturbed for about ten minutes. Take your mineral in the palm of one of your hands and place your other hand over the mineral. If this is uncomfortable for you ensure the mineral is in one of the palms of your hands with the fingers closed over it. The mineral is connected to your heart chakra when it is in this position.

Set your intention to connect with your mineral.

Next take a few minutes to breathe deeply, connecting to the mineral in your hand(s). Just witness as you breathe deeply with your focus on the mineral in your hand.

After a few minutes begin to go through the five sense mentally. Ask yourself, “What do I feel?”

Take a moment here to note what it is you feel.

Then ask, “What do I see?” and take a moment to note what you see.

Continue through the rest of the senses: What do I hear? What do I smell? What do I taste? What do I know?

When you are complete, ask the mineral if there are any other messages for you.

After you receive them, thank the mineral and come out of the meditation.

This meditation is one that I have done for years and one of the major reasons I connect so well to the mineral kingdom. With practice it gets easier and more vibrant.

Sugilite – The Dreamkeeper

This is a wonderful, beautifully coloured purple gemstone that is silica based. This crystal is more often used by those who are metaphysically inclined, though it makes a beautiful piece of jewellery as well.

Resonating most wit the third eye chakra this is a gemstone that will open up your senses and allow dreams to become vivid if you have them or start them if you don’t.

As with all personal work for best results you want to combine techniques for best results. Use sugilite to kick start your dreaming, and record your dreams daily. Keep the sugilite beneath your head when you sleep. He can also be used to enhance astral projection for some. This crystal will allow certain messages to be received, heard, and kept by the dreamer.

When set in silver this crystal is amplified in its work.

Speaking to the Deva, she tells us that she has often brought visions forth and that there are many times she’s been ignored. The she stops working with the person.

Sugilite is able to draw the crown energy into the third eye removing the blockages or imbalances that may be there. When meditated with it moves stagnant energy in the etheric body where it is near placed. This crystal loves the sunlight, but be careful to him too much sun – he may loose some of his shine. An ideal meditation with sugilite would be to place a piece on the third eye with selenite and rose quartz in each hand. Tigers eye at the fee and lie down outside, on grass. This creates a grounded connection of love. Allow yourself to fall asleep if it comes.

This beautiful crystal is definitely fun to work with so enjoy experimenting!
